HELP STOP THE ASIAN CARP!

Distribute postcards to your members and tell President Obama that the carp
must be stopped

Thanks to our friends at Freshwater Future, Great Lakes United is
distributing postcards to our member organizations that will be sent to
President Obama urging him to act now to stop the threat of this invasive
fish by permanently separating the Great Lakes and Mississippi River
ecosystems.

Great Lakes United has a limited number of postcards that we can
provide free of charge to our member organizations for distribution at
your summer events, or you can visit the following link:

the postcards on cardstock and mail them out today.

If you would like to receive postcards, please email jen@glu.org with
your specific request (however, we cannot guarantee will we be able to
accommodate all requests).

Please encourage your members to sign the postcards and mail them no later
than August 31, 2010. From there, Great Lakes United will be working with
Freshwater Future and other partners to hand deliver your message in
Washington, D.C..
